Coming in the next few days I will be releasing a few mixes that I have made in the past month and getting them up here on the site for you guys to download. If you have not gotten any of the old mixes, then you should click here. Be sure to keep checking it out so you can get your hands on the newest installments. ( Still Bangin’ Vol 1 – 4 and Night Fall ). If you have not heard the Still Bangin’ series they are all hip-hop/rap and they are some of the more popular mixes that I have put out. Night Fall is my first dubstep mix that I will be releasing for the public. There will be a few more to follow as well as some of my never previously released mixes.

I know that in the past I have been promising a radio show or podcast, well that is also what I have been working on in the past few months. Currently I have the first show recorded and am working on putting the final touches on the 2 hour mix. These will be released around the same time as the new mixes. So look out for the changes to the website for the appropriate link to these downloads. Also look out for them on iTunes.

Currently there are no shows booked in the near future due to some personal reasons on my behalf, and I apologize to those of you that had kept supporting me through out the years. You can mark my words that there will be another live set, just not anytime soon. I will continue to release mixes with the most current shit that I find worthy of being put out to you in my mixes and will continue to do what I have always done, make you dance.

DJ Synplisity

Last week was awesome with me DJing the Devin the Dude concert in Pearland. I will have pics of this event up soon, along with some video so you can catch what you missed. It was a great show no doubt, with performances by Rasheed of Dope House Records, V-Nice of Bad Habits, and Lucky Musicx Records. I look forward to working with these artists again soon on future shows and possibly some mixtapes.

Some of you have noticed the changes on the event calender and have asked me what is going on in regards to these changes, well I have asked the same questions myself and have gotten various responses from club owners and promotors of these events. So to answer your questions to the best of my ability I will say that there has been changes in line ups and there is also new venues in the works. So hang in there and I will update you as soon as I get new information. Keep checking here to see my newest show dates and where to get tickets if needed for the venue.

Well I have been getting a lot of questions about when I am going to release a new mix cd, well, you prayers have been answered and you can listen to it here. The newest mix is called Goodnight Boondocks Goodnight. This album is titled due to the cancelation of my Wednesday night gig at Boondocks bar in Houston, TX. This event had to be one of my favorite weekly events where I was given the chance to work with one of Houston’s best underground House DJs, Tal Tager of Tager and Funk. Cheers go out to all of you that supported the event and this movement, and don’t worry, I am sure that Tal and I will work together again soon.

I will be working on new things in the upcoming weeks to enhance the website and getting you my newest mixes and where you can hear exclusive things that can be downloaded from iTunes. Yes, I did say iTunes. So check back often and see the updates as they become live and active.

First off the regular gigs were awesome. Could you expect anything else? My manager/tech guy/producer said that I need to plug myself here, so check my events calendar and see if I am playing near you. Now that I got that out of the way and plugged myself (NO HOMO), I can move on to more news and updates.

So the radio show that I have been ranting about has hit another road bump, and yes it is on my part. I have been on a creative block and have just not been in the vibe. Currently I have recorded two episodes for you guys, but I feel that you deserve more, well something better. I might just have to push this idea off just a little longer until I know that I am happy with the finished product and know that you won’t send me hate mail later on for it.

I have also decided to donate my time and skill to a charity event that is coming up in July. This event will be posted on the site as well as the link to the event of Facebook. I can only hope that I will see many of you there for this event, and just for all of you begging for a new mix, I will release a special mix that will be for sale here. All proceeds will go to help out this family in need. Please also look out for the PayPal donate button to arrive for this charity.

As for the contest that I mentioned last week, I’M STILL WORKING ON THE RULES. LOL. People keep asking me, and I can’t find rules that seem fair and are actually rules. Most of the time I am just like whatever goes, but I have been informed by that same guy that says to “plug” myself, that I need to be fair. So stay tuned and I will get all that info.

First things first, I am no longer at Tribeca Patio due to some miscommunication. So sorry guys and gals, there will no longer be a Tuesday night that you can check me out at as of now. If you are a promotor, owner, or just have some where I am always open for a new spot, so hit me up and I will let you know when we can start working together. LOL.

The next item to discuss was last week’s Bikini Contest at Bad Fish Bar out in Pearland. This was an awesome event and congrats to all the ladies that competed. It was nice to meet a lot of new faces and make some new fans. As always the party out at Bad Fish had great people, drink specials, and NO DRAMA. These guys sure know how to do it big when they party. I will post some pictures up once I get them so you guys can all see what I am talking about. If you have not been out here yet come see me and have a drink. I am here every Thursday and Saturday night.

So, moving on, I could rant all day about that contest and probably never move on to the next topic. LOL. Speaking of contests I will be hosting a Logo design competition on here. I have decided that it is time to retire my old logo, and get something more up to date. I would like something that is eye catching and just amazing, UNIQUE. I have not come up with all the rules yet, but when I do I will make sure that there is something huge on the site so that you guys can see it. I know that I will give a cash prize to the winner, so start designing now. That way you will be ready once I put all the info up, by Friday (I HOPE).

The new mixes will be coming by the end of the week as well. I am working on quite a bit this go round in the studio. So you will see some updates soon on podcasts and radio show. I PROMISE.

This past week was an intense one to say the least. The gigs that I was at were awesome and the people were just as great. I had a blast partying with all of you and look forward to this week and what all it may bring. I hope to meet more of you and also get more of these hard copies of my mixes in your hands.

I had told you in the last update that there were a few things not listed on the calendar and a few of you used the contact area to find out about the events. Thank you to those of you that came out and showed support. It was greatly appreciated and needed.
For those of you who have no clue what I am talking about, well it was a battle located at BLVD. 610 in Houston, Tx. This competition was intense and had some top notch contestants. Although it started a little later than expected there still was a great turn out. When the competition started I was placed on a set of Pioneer CDJs (Cd Players, that I never played on in my life), it took me a little bit to get a hang of them, but I had a good set that placed me in the top 3. Big shouts go to the winner, DJ Chop E for doing his thing and winning the competition. Be sure to check him out some time, this kid has some dope skills.

This week should bring some more interesting events and nights out since summer is now upon us. Be on the look out for my new summer time mix, podcasts, and radio show coming very soon. Be safe out there and see you guys soon.

On to the next update point; this week’s events. Well if you have not discovered the site there is a link to the event calendar where you can find where I will be at next. This week should be great since it is Memorial Day weekend. You know that means that you get that extra day to party with out work. Some of this weeks events have not been listed since they are still in the works. Be sure to log back in daily and check my Twitter updates located on the right side of your screen. It will be constantly updated with where I am at and how you can party with.

Be sure if you are in the Houston area to come check me out at Boondocks along side DJ Tager. We will be rocking the party all night with great drink specials and best of all great music. Make sure to stop by the DJ booth and give me a shout.
